Bothell's City Council meets Oct. 27 with a full civic agenda: a study session on the draft Downtown Subarea Plan update ahead of a Nov. 17 public hearing, a feedback session on the city-initiated 2026 Comprehensive Plan amendments, and a fourth study session on the proposed 2027-28 budget, where council approval requests for property tax levies, two sales taxes and utility rates are set for Nov. 10 and budget and fee items for Nov. 17. The Oct. 21 Planning Commission hearing on the same plan documents was excluded because it falls before this edition date and is no longer a usable participation opportunity.
